Privacy Policy for MTL Parking

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

This privacy policy explains how the MTL Parking app handles user data. I am an independent developer and do not share any user data with third parties, unless otherwise specified below.

1. Personal Data

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No names, emails, or identifying information are gathered.

2. Location Data

The app uses real-time location tracking to help users view parking areas relevant to their current location. However, no location data is persisted to any database or external service.

3. Feedback

The app includes a feedback flow. If the user submits feedback, the following non-personal information is sent to a private Trello board I manage:

• Map coordinates that were visible on the screen at the time of feedback (not necessarily the user’s own location)
• App settings selected by the user

This information is used only to improve the app and is not shared externally.

4. Advertising

The app uses Google Mobile Ads. Personalized ads may be shown by default based on Google’s advertising platform. Users are free to remove ads from the app if they prefer not to see them.

5. Analytics

The app does not use any analytics services. No tracking or behavior analysis is performed.
